1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
  • This video is required in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Missing item
    • Wrong product received

3. Damaged / Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video + images
  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement OR
    • Refund (if replacement not available)

4. Missing Items

If any item is missing in your order:

  • Report within 48 hours with unboxing video
  • Once verified, we will:
    • Ship the missing item OR
    • Process refund for that item (Homeware360)

5. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide proof (video/photos)
  • We will arrange replacement or refund

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → FREE return
  • If return is due to customer reason (wrong order, no longer needed) → Customer bears return shipping cost (Homeware360)

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under these conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing item (if not replaceable)
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Bank account (in case of COD)

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
