1. Return Eligibility

- Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package

3. Damaged / Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video + images
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement OR
- Refund (if replacement not available)
4. Missing Items
If any item is missing in your order:
- Report within 48 hours with unboxing video
- Once verified, we will:
- Ship the missing item OR

5. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product:

- Provide proof (video/photos)
- We will arrange replacement or refund
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → FREE return
